Well water processor

KS type rapid sand removing system (sand separator)

The fine grains of sand is sure to be contained in underground water and the stream water. This fine sand can be easily removed by rapid sand removing system with no installation of coagulation-sedimentation filtering system.

KGS type aerator
(Degassing / Decarbonation / remove trichloroethylene etc.)

Our aerator is packed tower type system. This is the system which can efficiently-removed flammable gas, hydrogen sulfide, free carbon, cancer-causing chlorinated organic compounds (trichloroethylene etc.) contained in groundwater. Theory of removal is the same with the gas separator (degasser tower) for hot spring water.

Coagulation-sedimentation filtration system

Colloids or similar size of fine-grains or microbes in water is agglutinated and be bigger floc by using chemicals, and the floc are removed and make clean water through rapid filtration system.

Coagulation-sedimentation system

Coagulation-sedimentation system adopts physicochemical removal method to remove suspended solids in water or dissolved metal ion, and this is the most appropriate to treat inorganic wastewater.
By combination with a biological treatment system, can be obtained advanced process water.

Iron removal/manganese removal system

Summary
Iron and manganese (Clarke number that shows existence percentage of elements in crust is 4th and 12th place) which are comparatively exists in large numbers, and they are one of commonly-contained substance in groundwater.
Also, Iron and manganese have the same transition element and have many similarities and mostly exist together in groundwater.
In case using this high contained iron and manganese groundwater, many adverse effects will occur such as nasty smell or coloring problem in drinking and daily life water use(less than 0.3mg/L for iron, 0.05mg/L for manganese), or cause of defects of products or clog of equipment and pipes by scaling in each industrial water use.

Hence, iron and manganese have been treated since early times, and various treatment methods are developed.
However, its treatment must select a suitable method that comply with existence form of iron and manganese in water and contained amount, it is commonly-seen that stereotypical treatment method cannot work.

Various type of rapid filtration system

1. Sandfilter (KSF type)

KSF type filtration system is the best selling model, and we offer following types. Based on treatment purpose of raw water, we would select suitable filtering media.

2. Cartridge type filtration system (KCF type)

By variety types of cartridge, you can select wide range for water quality management. And since the size of cartridge is 1µ - 100µ, it doesn't use supplementary agent, there's no need pre-coating or reverse cleaning so that no generate pollution from reverse cleaning.





Membrane filtration system (MF/UF/RO membrane)

[ MF membrane(micro filtration membrane) ]
The membrane for filtration to separate corpuscle and microbes of which size around 0.01 - several µm.

[ UF membrane(ultra filtration membrane) ]
The membrane for filtration to separate solute or particles of which molecular weight around several 100 - a few million.

[ RO membrane(Reverse Osmosis membrane) ]
The membrane used to separate solvent (or water) and the solute.
By applying bigger pressure to the high density solution side, the solvent shifts to the thin side contrary to the osmotic phenomenon.

* The hollow fiber film is a main current, and as the filtration method, one is filtered crossing flow method that it decreases the adhesion to the membrane surface by the flow along the membrane surface, another one is all filtration method.
