For these cases, a lot of time will be required by restoration, make be inconvenient to the relation systems, and it becomes the result of obstructing the accomplishment of the production plan.
In order to prevent these things beforehand and keep steady operation, it is important to do preventive maintenance adequately.

Maintenance planning

What maintenance planning is that prepare annual based consumable supplies and necessary goods for inspection depend on in-service period, and confirm damage conditions of inside of machine/rotary appliance as well as keep smooth operation of overall facility by figuring out the contents of maintenance in next year.

Maintenance period

For pure water system or iron removal system, we would practice a maintenance service including inspection for ion exchange resin/ iron removal filtering media (replenishment/ replacement), inspection and mend inside column, valves, overhaul rotary appliances, checking of automatic control device etc.
The most suitable maintenance period is once a year. Meanwhile, overhaul of automatic control device is recommended in once a couple of years.
