Gravity filtering system
When contamination of filtering media gets to a certain level, filtering operation is automatically switching to reverse cleaning with any manual valve operation by worker.
And at the same time with finishing reverse cleaning, automatically switching back to filtering operation.

Iron removal/manganese removal system
Summary

Also, Iron and manganese have the same transition element and have many similarities and mostly exist together in groundwater.
In case using this high contained iron and manganese groundwater, many adverse effects will occur such as nasty smell or coloring problem in drinking and daily life water use(less than 0.3mg/L for iron, 0.05mg/L for manganese), or cause of defects of products or clog of equipment and pipes by scaling in each industrial water use.
Hence, iron and manganese have been treated since early times, and various treatment methods are developed.
However, its treatment must select a suitable method that comply with existence form of iron and manganese in water and contained amount, it is commonly-seen that stereotypical treatment method cannot work.
Activated carbon filtration system
The form or raw material of activated carbon will be selected depending on its purpose and making use of each characteristics of coal base or water quality base.
Filtering is operated by making full use of adsorption capability of activated carbon.

Pure water system
There are two kinds of iron exchanger resin of which are cation exchanger resin and anion-exchange resin.
Cation exchanger resin have acid type (H type) and mild acidity type (Na type) etc , and Anion exchanger resin have base type (OH type) and weakly basic type(Cl type) etc.

Automatic 2-bed 2-tower type pure water system (KMD type) |
Although automatic 2-bed 2-tower type pure water system can not produce to the same quality level with pure water from automatic mixed bed tower type, it provides more stable operation management.
